KC Snax is based between Newmarket (Suffolk) and Ely (Cambridgeshire) and
can cover most of the Anglia area (and further afield on occasions), catering for
all outdoor events including equestrian, canine, fetes, fayres, bike shows,
sporting events, and even birthday parties! We can take all the hassle away from you so that you can just enjoy yourselves. We are now also able to offer you a variety of hand made original cakes, i.e. whole family cakes, celebration cakes and cupcakes. See further on.

We are also able to offer you home-baked hand-made family cakes such as:

Grannys Original Recipe Bread Pudding - will take you back to your childhood and fill you up at the same time. Various sizes available.

Triple Victoria sponge - layered with buttercream and chocolate buttercream and topped with finest Belgium chocolate oozing down it.

Lemon Drizzle Cake - a moist lemon cake to tingle your taste buds.

Cherry and Nut Loaf - very "nutty" - an assortment of nuts used. Goes great with a cup of tea.

Banana Cake - moist banana flavour (with or without a layer of chocolate buttercream).

Anything you want - just ask and we will see what we can do.

We also offer cupcakes - which can be individually tailored to your requirements. Whether it's for a child's birthday with a particular theme, or engagement cakes etc then discuss your ideas with us. Celebration Sponge Cakes are also available to order. Again, please discuss your individual requirements. There are always cupcakes and a whole family cake available on our mobile catering trailer each weekend, so feel free to come along and try one

Look out for our various "Specials" on the day which could range from individual cakes & patisseries to ice-creams & lollies.

Gateaux available at weekends plus Old Fashioned Bread Pudding available during the week.

Menu and Salad choice is dependant on market availability.

We use only genuine Hellmans Mayonnaise and Heinz Ketchup & Salad Cream.


We are also able to bring along a selection of sweets (adults and kiddies).
